Hi Helen! Tks for the add in FoodBuzz and so glad to know you!
Inventing new food at the age of just 6yrs old and that’s really amazing!
I love to experiment with new foods and ingredients too but my passion for cooking started much later than you at about 16-18yrs old. Hope to learn more from you! ^.^

Hi Helen,
Thanks for the add on Foodbuzz!
I’d say my signature / favorite creation are my gluten and dairy free red velvet cupcakes: http://thedustybaker.com/2011/04/06/the-little-red-velvet-riding-hood-cupcakes-gluten-and-dairy-free/
Thanks for including me in your recommendations. I’ll be revamping my Dusty Buddies page soon and will be sure to include you.
Cheers,
Jacqueline

Jacqueline, thanks!
I love your recipe.
Will try to cook, that’s for sure.
Thanks for including me as well. I will send you the link when I will re-design the signature recipes of my friends page. I want my readers to see the pics of the recipes and couple words about it.

Hi Helen! Thanks for the note on Foodbuzz. Here’s what I’d consider my “signature dish.” I learned how to make it when I lived in Spain! http://www.theworldinmykitchen.com/2008/11/arroz-al-hornoa-warming-spanish-rice.html
I love the idea of links to bloggers’ signature recipes!

Thank you for the invitation and good luck with your blog.
Signature cake…mmm…still tricky..the Knickerbocker Glory Cake gave the Harry Potter inspired Magical Sherbet Lemon Cake a run for the money but it made me think outside the box and before I get stuck in cliche corner here’s the link:

Hello! Thank you for the invitation and sorry for the late reply! Sometimes, international websites tend to be difficult to open here in Cn. I’ve been thinking hard about the signature dish, but I think it will have to be this one : http://www.mijorecipes.com/chicken-recipes/easy-chicken-curry-with-yogurt-chicken-kalia/
There are many other recipes I wanted to share on your website, but since I know that many people are still unfamiliar to Mauritian food, I decided to opt for this one!
Happy Blogging!

Hi Helen,
Thanks for the FoodBuzz add. I love your blog and look forward to reading it. You asked for my signature recipe and I don’t know if I really have one. But here’s a cookie recipe that I use quite a bit.
