Fast romaine and egg salad

Romain salad fast

This is a very fast and light salad, includes very simple ingredients that you most definitely have in your fridge:

2 Romaine halves;

2 eggs;

2 tablespoons olive oil;

1 tablespoon vinegar;

pinch of oregano;

1/3 cup of basil leaves;

Hard boil an egg (5-7 minutes), chop romaine halves.

Create a vinegar dressing: add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, salt ( apinch) oregano (dried) a pinch, and lemon basil/basil leaves.Mix well.

Shell an egg, add the dressing to your romain leaves, mix well. Cut the egg in halves and then in quaters and add to your salad.

The salad is ready.

It’s light, nutritious , delicious and simple. This salad is fast to cook and it’s great to eat for lunch or as an appetizer for dinner. It’s also very nutritious, so if you get hungry at night you can easily fix it (just cut the vinegar portion in half or exclude it at all)

Enjoy!
