Chicken wings – 4 lbs
Ginger – 1 count
Lemon- 3 pieces
Soy Sauce – 2 cups
Honey – 4 tablespoon
Salt – 1 tablespoon
Pepper – 1 tablespoon
Oregano – 1 teaspoon
Curry – 1 teaspoon
Any other spices you find necessary.
Prepare your marinade by mixing : 1 peeled and shredded ginger , juice of 3 lemons, 2 cups of soy sauce and 4 tablespoons of honey. Add spices and salt with pepper to the cleaned and finely rinsed chicken wings. Pour the marinade to the chicken wings and let them marinate for 4 to 12 hours.
Roasting or barbecuing the wings.
When your wings are finely marinated preheat the oven at 350 F. Take the foil and put it on a baking dish in 2-3 layers and leaving the loose ends of the foil to be shaped into a sack, when the wings are inside the foil. Finely grease the foil with corn or sunflower oil. Put the chicken wings inside of the foil and form like a sack of foil. Pour some (not all but some marinade) inside the foil sack and put into the preheated oven.
Roast the chicken for 25 minutes with the foil sack closed, and then open the sack and let the wings roast for 15-20 minutes on each side until golden brown. Don’t forget to pour the marinade on them every 5-7 minutes or when necessary. If you won’t pour the marinade the wings will be dry and stick to the foil, so do it diligently and your wings will taste amazing.
Enjoy and have a great time.
