It’s almost Valentine’s Day, and I have to say I love Valentine’s Day.  It has nothing to do with having a sweetheart or not, I love the colors, the treats, and the creativity.  What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day then with making a Valentine’s Day breakfast?

Even better, this breakfast takes just about 20 minutes to prepare, so it is fast enough to fix for the kids before heading out the door to work or school!

Red Velvet Brownie Heart Bites with White Chocolate Frosting from Cookin’ Cowgirl

Today is mine and Chris’ 3 year wedding anniversary! Say it with me, “Awwwwwww!”

I thought I would make him something extra special because, well, he’s amazing!
He loves red velvet cake, and when I came across these red velvet brownies on That Skinny Chick can Bake, I knew I had to try
them. Also, white chocolate frosting?! YES PLEASE!
I knew I wanted to do little sandwich bites, so I baked these in a 9X13 dish instead of an 8X8 so they would be a little thinner.
